17th European Fusion Physics Workshop

For registration, two conditions:

              1. your name is in the list sent by the head of your research unit to the Scientific secretary to the workshop:  L-G. Eriksson (deadline October 30th)

              2. fill in the registration form and send it to Dr Gabor Veres either by Fax: +36 1 392 2598 or (preferably) by email: veres-efpw17@rmki.kfki.hu by November 6th

Workshop fee:  500 EUR

    The fee covers  a single room at the Velence resort & spa and meals from dinner on Sunday, 6th December to lunch on Wednesday, 9th December 2009, including Gala Dinner on Tuesday, 8th December 2009.

    The fee should be paid by November 6 (also the deadline for registration) by bank transfer. Group payments are welcome; in case of a group payment, please send to the local organizers, by fax or email, the list of participants and mention the name of your institution.

    When completing the Bank Transfer, it is very important to Quote "Delegate Name & EFPW17" in the Remitters Message to Beneficiary. Please alo be sure that the bank transfer costs are beared by your side.

Accompanying persons:

    Accompanying Persons registration fee is 230 EUR.
This includes airport transport, three nights accommodation, breakfasts and dinners (including the gala dinner). This fee is also to be paid by bank transfer along with the normal registration fee.
